    Invite your customers to arrange a shopping session.

    Your customer registers for a session with a personal shopper from their preferred store. The customer is then assigned a personal shopper based on what they said they're interested in.

  • 2. SEE

    Live chat to provide customers with inspiration and share expert advice.

    The personal shopper video-calls the customer and helps the customer browse inside the store while getting precious info and recommendations in the meantime.

  • 3. SHOP

    Easily create baskets on behalf of your customers.

    Once the customer decides what to buy, the personal shopper adds the products to the customer’s basket in Valuelenz. The basket is sent as a link via SMS for the customer to complete the purchase.

  • 4. CHECK OUT & PAY

    Your customer completes the purchase.

    The customer reviews the basket and proceeds to check out, with options to collect their items from a store, or have them delivered. The customer can pay via Valuelenz, or through your e-shop if you have one.

What are the prerequisites?

Valuelenz Personal Video Shopping has been designed to work in any retailer environment quickly and easily. However, there are a couple of requirements you should be aware of.

Product Data
Product info (product name, descriptions, category, image links, barcode, prices etc) should be available in excel format. Any updates to products or prices can be sent to us via excel.

Order Fulfilment
You must be able to fulfil customer orders (i.e. dispatch them to the customer’s address) via an order sheet that is sent to you via email.

How do we fulfil orders?

After the customer has paid, the Valuelenz platform sends an order sheet to you via email, detailing all the information for the you to fulfil the order. If you have an e-shop, we can integrate with it.

How do we promote it?

The Valuelenz team can provide promotional material and guidance to support it all - from videos and online banners, to direct communications such as SMS and Viber messages.

What about our brand and visual identity?

Your brand is important. And that’s why Valuelenz is a white label platform, that can be branded to look and feel just how you want, using your logo and colours.
