We will reach out to you to arrange a ‘set up meeting’ and ask you to provide product data in the form of a simple spreadsheet. The product data will be imported into the Valuelenz platform by us. In addition, you will provide details of your personal shoppers (sales agents), your logo and preferred color palate.
Following the completion of the setup, we will test the Valuelenz Personal Video Shopping environment with you, to ensure you are familiar with everything and happy to go live to your customer base.
We will be in regular contact with you throughout our cooperation, to ensure the smooth operation of Valuelenz, and report on key customer engagement and sales metrics.
Our support team will be made available to you for the management and maintenance of your product catalogue and team of personal shoppers, throughout the term of the contract. In addition, and if required, we will be on hand to provide technical support. Additional sales and marketing support can be organised on request.
Valuelenz Personal Video Shopping has been designed to work in any retailer environment quickly and easily. However, there are a couple of requirements you should be aware of.
Product Data
Product info (product name, descriptions, category, image links, barcode, prices etc) should be available in excel format. Any updates to products or prices can be sent to us via excel.
Order Fulfilment
You must be able to fulfil customer orders (i.e. dispatch them to the customer’s address) via an order sheet that is sent to you via email.
After the customer has paid, the Valuelenz platform sends an order sheet to you via email, detailing all the information for the you to fulfil the order. If you have an e-shop, we can integrate with it.
The Valuelenz team can provide promotional material and guidance to support it all - from videos and online banners, to direct communications such as SMS and Viber messages.
